Attend Mitra provides attendance, scheduling, leave, payroll-support, and workforce management tools via web and mobile applications. Features may change as we improve the service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, assigning appropriate user roles, and ensuring activity under your account complies with applicable laws and company policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful code. You must use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

5. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans are billed based on your selected subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We may revise pricing with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Attend Mitra and all related software, branding, and materials are owned by Mitra Nest or its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to reproduce or resell the platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed unless explicitly set out in a separate SLA. Maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Attend Mitra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruption, or data loss.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or required by law. Certain provisions survive termination, including payment and liability clauses.
